It depends on scope and time of year. Smaller jobs (kitchens, bathrooms, single rooms) we can usually start within 2–4 weeks. Larger extensions and full renovations typically book 6–12 weeks ahead. Tell us your ideal start date and we'll be straight with you about what's realistic.
Yes. We're Wigan-based but cover the UK for the right project. Larger builds across England, Scotland and Wales are normal for us. Pick up the phone and we'll talk through travel and accommodation arrangements.
Full public liability and employer's liability insurance as standard. Documentation provided on request before any work begins on site.
Staged payments tied to project milestones — never full payment up front. The schedule is agreed and written into your quote before work starts, so there are no surprises mid-build.
Yes. We handle the conversations with planning and building control, organise structural calcs where needed, and book the inspections through to sign-off. One job, one point of contact.
Yes. Every build comes with a written workmanship guarantee, and all manufactured products (windows, doors, kitchens, boilers etc.) carry their own manufacturer warranties on top.
Yes — most of our domestic work is on occupied properties. We agree dust control, working hours, and site protection up front so you can stay in your home through the build wherever possible.
